Our Vision
Barry Conservation District (BCD) is a collaborative center with a capable team and resources for managing our land and water. We assist in adding trees to the landscape, improve streams, support native plants and reduce waste going into landfills. We bring people together to steward the natural, rural character of our county.
We see Barry County as a place with natural habitats, healthy waterways, and a thriving countryside. We care for the natural worlds because it's a part of who we are. With BCD, everyone learns how to take care of our community.
